What is not covered:

  • Intentional hardware damage (visible physical abuse of hardware)
  • Irreversible manipulation of hardware (unsuccessful picking or drilling attempts)
  • Lockout unrelated to functional hardware (key locked in or lost)
  • Transfer of ownership (only original owners are covered)
