Terms and Conditions for Appointments

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Secure Locks appointment platform through Setmore.com. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:
Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed by the customer via WhatsApp using the phone number displayed in the Setmore booking service. Unconfirmed appointments will not be attended.
Service Hours
Appointment requests, confirmations, and customer support will only be managed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Requests made outside these hours will not be processed until the next business day.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must communicate the request via WhatsApp before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the appointment.
Missed Appointments
Customers who fail to confirm or attend their appointment at the agreed time may be required to rebook and may be subject to additional wait times for service availability.
Right to Refuse Service
Secure Locks reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments in cases of non-compliance with these Terms, inappropriate conduct, or circumstances beyond our control.
Service Guarantee
Secure Locks is committed to providing timely and professional locksmith services. However, appointment times are subject to traffic, weather, and emergency situations, which may cause delays. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking through Setmore.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
